After years of playing other people’s music, Seattle’s own Michael Lee decided it was time for
something new. Demos and iPhone voice memos had been piling up while he was on the road
as guitarist for Young Evils. These scraps of songs were the raw material for Fresh Idiot, his
debut album on Killroom Records. This solo release is queer psych pop at its best: sundrenched
soundscapes and infectious melodies with plenty of glam and shimmer. In search of a lusher
live sound, he invited bassist/vocalist Nicki Danger (Pink Parts, Glitterbang) and drummer Scott
Helgason (Final Body, Frond, Young Evils) to join him and the solo act became a trio. Now a
fearsome threesome, the rumours are true: Mikey Moo is coming for you.

Holder agrees by use of this ticket not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. Holder agrees that the license comprised by this ticket may be removed and Holder may be ejected from the event for which this ticket is issued in the event that Holder violates any law, ordinance, or venue regulation. Holder grants permission to the organization sponsoring the event for which this ticket is issued to utilize Holder’s image or likeness in connection with any video or other transmission or reproduction of the event to which this ticket relates.
