Every Wednesday evening, step into Wellbeing House in West Wimbledon. Take the in the calm sanctuary for nervous system regulation and mental clarity.
This immersive sound therapy experience uses therapeutic frequencies from symphonic gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes to guide the body into a parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) state where deep relaxation and healing can occur.
Sound therapy works by gently shifting brainwaves from beta (active thinking) into alpha and theta states, associated with deep relaxation and meditation. Research shows these frequencies may help reduce cortisol, slow heart rate, and improve sleep quality.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, struggling with sleep, or simply craving an hour of uninterrupted calm, this is a science-backed way to reset your week.
What to expect:
- 60-minute immersive sound journey
- Symphonic gongs, Tibetan bowls, and chimes
- Optional breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement
- Oracle or therapeutic card pull for reflection
- Small group setting in a private residential studio
All experience levels are welcome. Simply arrive, lie down, and let the sound do the work.
