Spring is here and we are bringing the new season energy with Midweek Moves, a FREE 4 week exclusive studio series designed to energise your week and get you moving!
Get ready to keep your midweek routine fresh! Our sessions are the perfect chance to explore our new Wellness Studio. Come along and give our Visio guided workouts a try, test Biocircuit and get moving in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Technogym Visio Guided Workouts
Starting Tuesday 26th August, our Wellness Studio will host a variety of guided group workouts:
- Tuesdays: 30 minute bodyweight sessions for all fitness levels, led on the Technogym Visio.
- Wednesdays: 30 minute guided yoga or Pilates sessions alternating each week, led on the Technogym Visio.
Think of it as your midweek reset to help you feel your best this season. Just simply turn up and workout. Our Technogym Educator Jon will be in the studio for our happy hour to answer any questions and support your workouts.
Biocircuit Happy Hour
Our Wellness Studio is open from 5 - 6pm for Biocircuit workouts. Within 23 minutes you can complete a full body strength session using the Technogym Biostrength equipment.
