Through the layered tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and resonant instruments, your body is gently guided out of stress mode and into deep rest.
You’ll be supported in settling into stillness as the sound moves through you, creating space for your body to unwind and recalibrate. Many people leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more restored, like they’ve had a full reset in under an hour.
