About this Event
Hi beefies! Please join us this August 1st, 2026 to celebrate the Toronto LADS community at Chatime Jarvis and King! There will be all of the familiar activities, cosplayers, yummy drinks, and vendors! Whether this is your first LADS event or your XXth, you'll enjoy a Midsummer Love! Please RSVP so we know how many VIP gift sets + freebies we need to prepare (while supplies last).
Pick up a free cupsleeve at the registration desk with any drink purchase and proof of receipt. This applies to everyone, including general ticket holders (while supplies last). Paid VIP ticket holders (PINK FLAMINGO and BLUE LAGOON) can pick up their gift sets at the registration desk upon arrival by showing their Eventbrite ticket!
House Rules
- COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT - please be respectful and ask for permission before interacting with or taking pictures with cosplayers. They are also people and must be treated with dignity.
- BE MINDFUL that this event is taking place in a shared public space. Check yourself for your volume and behaviour!
- PLEASE BE PATIENT whether you are waiting in line for your drinks, at registration, or shopping with vendors. We are a small team, including the store's staff, and everyone is trying their best!
- ENGAGE WITH PROPER FANDOM ETIQUETTE - don't fight, don't be crazy, we respect each other in this space ;p
- COSPLAY IS ENCOURAGED, but please do not bring large props! We will be providing props at the photobooth area.
- ZERO TOLERANCE for discrimination of any kind
- HAVE FUN :DDD
Any violation of these rules may result in your forfeiture of admission and you may be requested to leave. Please don't make us enforce this! Be cool!!!
Any winners of the giveaway must claim their prizes by 4pm that day!!
