About this Event

Explore different interactive stations highlighting ways to help relieve PMS symptoms, so you can stay on top of your routine and get back to doing what you love!
Workout Sessions:
- 3:15 – 4:00 PM: Aerobic/cardio class with Makena Rae Diehl - Join us for cardio intervals to combat bloating and water retention.
- 5:30 – 6:15 PM: Barre/Pilates with Jenna Palek - Join us for core exercises and consistent movement in order to fight cramps, backache and muscle ache.
