We’re delighted to be joined by Chris Guy, Solicitor and Head of Insurance Litigation at RLK Solicitors, who will be leading the panel and opening the floor to your legal questions.
While Chris’s expertise spans injunctions, group litigation, shareholder and franchise disputes, restrictive covenants, insolvency and defamation, he is particularly well known for his work in high-profile business interruption cases and large-scale group actions. His ability to translate complex legal issues into clear commercial guidance makes this an invaluable session for hospitality operators navigating today’s shifting landscape.
One area we expect to generate significant conversation is the new employment legislation coming into force later this year, and what this means in practice for hospitality operators.
