About this Event
In this slow flow class we will align breath with movement, but hold some postures longer than a typical vinyasa class. There will always be the opportunity to find stillness or movement, depending on your energy levels and what you need that day.
We will warm up, flow, strengthen, balance and stretch. We will end with relaxation, Savasana, and guided meditation or poetry. A centring practice to help you come back to yourself in the middle of a busy week.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience. You can practice on a mat or if you are a wheelchair user you can practice from your chair (see FAQ for information on lift access)
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to make sure we are able to start on time.
