About this Event
Take a mid-week pause and join me for a deeply restorative 75-minute experience that combines the grounding practices of Yin Yoga with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath.
This class is designed to help you release tension, refresh your mind, and realign your energy. Through gentle Yin postures, we’ll nourish the connective tissues and promote joint mobility, while sound meditation invites profound relaxation and inner calm.
What to Expect:
*Gentle, mindful Yin yoga poses held for 2-5 minutes
*The Rebound: moments of stillness or gentle movement to feel the effects of the postures
*A deeply meditative sound bath during savasana to calm the nervous system and reset the mind
This mid-week practice is perfect for all levels, whether new to yoga or seeking a dedicated space for relaxation and renewal.
Please bring your mat and any props to support your practice, such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, pillows, or an eye pillow for added comfort. I have a small supply of mats, blankets, and blocks available on a first-come, first-serve basis, but bringing your own ensures you’ll have everything you need.
