Please join the Mid Atlantic Food Cooperative Alliance (MAFCA!) for a day-long conference being held on Saturday, October 11th, at the Waldorf School of Philadelphia, easily accessible by car and public transit, and just a few blocks from Weavers Way Co-op's Germantown store.Whether you're part of a long-established Co-op or one that's just getting started, this conference will have something for you. There will be breakout sessions just for folks working in co-op management, or for those working on co-op boards, or for those working for a scrappy startup. ALL are welcome (it's a co-op thing).The conference will run from 9:00am to 3:00pm and will include a light breakfast, lunch, and opportunities for socializing and networking with fellow cooperators.
