About this Event
What is this workshop about?
Research is increasingly showing a connection between intentional psychedelic use and mindfulness — how these experiences can support meditation, presence, and awareness. This workshop explores that connection, breaking down where the science meets contemplative tradition and what it looks like in practice.
We'll cover what microdosing is, how it works in the brain, and its potential to support meditation, mental health, and personal wellbeing. We'll also touch on macrodosing — what it is, how it differs, and how it fits into the bigger picture, along with safety, set and setting, and what responsible, informed use actually looks like.
This isn't a lecture. It's interactive, conversational, and designed to be a space where you can ask real questions without judgment. The workshop includes a guided meditation and somatic-based awareness exercises so you leave with something you can feel, not just information.
Who is this for?
Anyone curious about the therapeutic and mental health benefits of psychedelics, or looking for new ways to deepen their meditation and mindfulness practice. No experience with either is necessary — just an open mind.
