About this Event
Michele Wylen is a multidisciplinary visionary artist and singer from the Philippines. Her early music career saw worldwide success, writing for K-pop giants like Red Velvet and Oh My Girl, and most recently landing on the Oscar-winning film Anora. After more than a decade behind the scenes, Wylen returns to the stage in collaboration with Khambatta Dance Company (KDC) delivering a genre-defying performance that fuses music, dance, visual art, and cinema.
KDC will lead the evening with choreographed and impromptu works that spring up on site, echoing the emotional terrain of Wylen’s music and visual world. Featured in collaboration with Wylen's performance is MS+A, an emerging contemporary dance company headed by Mary Sigward. This immersive experience will also premiere Wylen’s self-directed arthouse music video Black Sheep—her most ambitious visual work to date—blending autobiographical storytelling with surreal, thought-provoking imagery.
More than a concert, this performance is an experiential journey designed to awaken deeper layers of self-expression, connection, and empowerment.
Wylen’s work refuses palatability—fusing mysticism, rebellion, and raw emotion into art meant to ignite. Welcome to her universe.
Featuring dancers from MS+A in addition to Madison Steele, Sandy Flores, and Monique Santarin, with Kirill Polyanskiy on violin, Robby Fox on guitar, and DJ sets by DJ EL.
This event is all ages—light refreshments will be served, no alcohol.
