Mic Therapy is a one-woman live experience where comedy, storytelling, music, and honesty collide. It’s funny, it’s reflective, and it’s real. Some moments will make you laugh out loud. Some might hit a little close to home. All of it is intentional.

The Backstory is the first official Mic Therapy Session — a comedy-heavy night where Tracey Jay opens the door to how this whole journey started. The doubts. The timing. The fear of being “too late.” And the decision to do it anyway.
