On May 8-10, 2026, the most comprehensive conference dedicated to European gay men who want to have children is returning to Berlin!
Known for its unbiased, comprehensive conferences for gay men, the nonprofit Men Having Babies (MHB) is once again teaming up with several European partners to introduce you to everything you need to know and everyone you need to meet to start your parenting journey. This conference provides a unique opportunity to interact and consult with gay dads, experts, and over 30 reputable gay-friendly agencies, clinics, law firms, and other surrogacy providers.
The program includes informational sessions specifically suitable for European gay men, including new developments in the surrogacy field, as well as guidance on advanced new resources:
- The basics: medical, legal, and financial aspects of surrogacy
- Evaluating various surrogacy destinations and options
- Budgeting & insurance considerations for surrogacy
- MHB’s member resources, discounts, and financial assistance

- A Perspectives Panel with parents, surrogates, and egg donors

With over 15,000 future and current gay parents worldwide, MHB is dedicated to helping gay men become parents. Proceeds from sponsorship fees benefit the Gay Parenting Assistance Program (GPAP).
