Remember the days when folk used to go out clubbing midweek? Remember when Motherfunk used to literally pull in HUNDREDS of people on a Tuesday night, week in, week out? Fryer and Gino were the residents at this legendary club and set the bar at a very hight level when it came to playing rare and interesting music. Gino's record collecting habit put him front and centre on the deep funk, disco and boogie scenes during those Motherfunk years and at Tribal Funktion where he also held court behind the decks in the downstairs room. We are really excited that Gino is dusting off his vinyl collection of funk, disco and soulful shizzle, packing it up with his house tunes and coming to funk up Mutha Funkin' Soulful Beats alongside Yogi, our own intrepid vinyl junkie resident.
