Mezze Feast Cooking Class

In this class we will be making Hummus with Pita, Beef and Lamb Kofta, Tzatziki Sauce, Jerusalem Salad and Basbousa Cake. Skills covered in this class include working with ground meats, sauce making, cooking grains, and knife skills.
