Geffrye Parsons, Founder and Chief Empathy Officer of , is an inclusion strategist, speaker, and leadership advisor dedicated to driving culture change through psychological safety and change agency. A former Managing Director with 35 years in global financial services, Geff combines lived experience and executive expertise to help organizations transform through inclusive leadership. He is a recognized thought leader and award winning advocate for workplace inclusion.
