Join us for a FREE, interactive, and judgment-free workshop designed to help you better understand and care for your mental wellness.

Whether you're brand new to mental health or looking to build on what you already know, this session offers accessible tools, real conversation, and space to reflect. We’ll explore what therapy is (and isn’t), self-care strategies, common mental health misconceptions, and how to create a personal path to healing on your terms.

You don’t have to be in therapy to attend. This workshop is for anyone whether you're in care, unsure, skeptical, or just curious. Mental wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and this session meets you wherever you are.

Facilitated by Dr. Kacie Smart, PhD, LPC and Candy Cannon, MS, CHW, this experience is rooted in honesty, cultural awareness, and community. Together, we’ll break the stigma, share practical tools, and prioritize peace—starting with you.
