About this Event
This Mental Health Month, take a mindful moment to celebrate the power of community through creativity.
All ages are welcome to collect a collaborative quilt colouring in sheet at any Georges River Libraries Branch, Hurstville Museum & Gallery, or Georges River Council Customer Service Centre and fill their square with colour and kindness.
When complete, return your square to any of the above locations or by scanning and emailing to [email protected] and they will be assembled into a collaborative community artwork that celebrates our creative community and the importance of slowing down and focusing on the present moment.
This is a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages to engage in a fun and relaxing activity while expressing their creativity. Whether you’re a precision artist or a chaotic scribbler, everyone is welcome to contribute to this community artwork
The Collaborative Community Colour Quilt will be displayed in the Clive James Library, Kogarah in January 2026.
