About this Event
Join us this October for Mental Health Month – a timely moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your own wellbeing.
In this gentle, two-hour workshop, we’ll explore the theme of self-care through the art of collage cabochons – miniature glass pieces layered with words, images, and intentions – and create beautiful fridge magnets to keep your self-care visible, joyful, and close at hand.
This workshop is suitable for adults. No experience needed – just a curiosity and a desire to create and reflect on self-care.
Cost: $8.50
Age: Adults 16+
Equipment: All materials and equipment will be provided.
About the Facilitator:
This workshop is facilitated by local artist Mary-Helen Daly. She is a qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist & Counsellor who helps people reclaim joy in their daily lives through creativity.
