Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training
Join us for an engaging and interactive online refresher training on Friday, December 8th. Designed for MHFAiders® or Champions who have completed the Mental Health First Aid course, MFHA England advises a Refresher every three years.
During this 4-hour session, experienced trainer Beth Goodyear will cover key topics such as:
- Identifying signs of mental health issues
- Offering initial support, and
- Guiding individuals towards appropriate professional help

Your trainer for this course is Beth Goodyear. A professional trainer with over 26 years of experience managing teams and providing training to 1,500+ people a year.
