About this Event
The MHFA course is delivered over 4 zoom sessions on the following dates:

Wednesday 10 July
Monday 15 July
Wednesday 17 July
The zoom sessons take place from 9:30 - 12:30 (you need to attend all 4 sessions to complete the course).
MHFAiders® are essential to maintaining employee wellbeing. By training with us your people will gain:

Learning Outcomes:
As an MHFAider® you will be able to:
–Recognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first-level support and early intervention
–Encourage a person to identify and access sources of professional help and other supports
–Practise active listening and empathy
–Have a conversation with improved mental health literacy around language and stigma
–Discuss the role in depth, including boundaries and confidentiality
–Practise self-care
