About this Event
Following the completion of this course you will be a qualified Mental Health 1st Aider. The course is delivered by Sukhvir Hayer who is an experienced mental health educator. The course provides an in-depth understanding of how to recognise the warning signs of poor mental health and mental ill health. It also teaches the key skills of listening, reassuring and strategies to help respond in a crisis. Feedback: An excellent course. Everyone who completes this course gets:
- A of the workbook to support their learning throughout the course
