2 hours self-pace study online-4.5 – 5.5 hour in person training by a certified instructor.

- Information on depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and addiction disorders.
- A 5-step action plan to help someone developing a mental health problem or in crisis.
- Where to turn for help — professional, peer, and self-help resources.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate acknowledging their ability to recognize signs of mental health issues.
