Why This Matters for Parents
We know "one more form" can be a hassle, but this system is specifically designed to keep your child safe while they are in our care:
- Insurance Coverage: Once your child’s profile is marked "Active," they are automatically covered by 4-H accidental insurance for the duration of the camp.
- Instant Medical Access: In the event of an allergy or emergency, our staff has immediate, secure access to the digital health forms and emergency contacts you provide.
- Privacy First: The system is PCI and HIPAA compliant, meaning your family’s sensitive medical and personal data is kept strictly confidential and secure.
- Stay in the Loop: You’ll receive important camp updates, arrival/departure details, and information on future youth scholarships and events.
How to Register
- Create a Family Profile: If you are new to 4-H, start by creating one primary account for your household.
- Add Your Camper: Create an individual profile for each child attending camp.
- Complete the Health Form: Ensure the medical section is up-to-date so our camp counselors are fully prepared to support your child.
