CLASS SCHEDULE | ⏱️ 60 minutes per class | 👉 Must register for each class separately

• 6:00 PM — Momentum is competitive endurance training designed to push your cardiovascular capacity, stamina, and mental grit through high-effort, sustained work. It’s ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts training for events like HYROX, DEKA, Spartan races, marathons—or anyone who loves to test their limits.
• 7:15 PM — Re-Comp Group Class (Straight Weight Lifting) A strength-focused session centered on controlled lifts and intentional rest. This class prioritizes muscle building, proper form, and progressive overload — no cardio circuits, just lifting.
