Looking to meet new people without awkward small talk, confusing social scripts, or the world’s most painful three-minute speed-dating timer?

You’re in the right place.

Stomping Ground Comedy’s Neurodiverse Dating Social is a welcoming, all-orientations-affirming event designed for autistic and neurodiverse adults with low support needs who are interested in dating and building genuine connections. This is not a typical dating event—it’s an improv-powered social experience that makes meeting people feel natural, structured, fun, and safe.

You’ll participate in easy, supportive improvisational games that help you:

• Warm up socially without pressure
• Practice reading cues and expressing interest
• Build comfort and trust with new people
• Learn simple tools for starting and sustaining conversations
• Connect in ways that feel authentic, not forced

All activities are led by trained Stomping Ground instructors who specialize in neurodiverse communication, social confidence, and consent-based interaction. No improv or dating experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.

At the end of the event, you’ll privately list up to three people you’d like to get to know better.

If there’s a mutual match, you’ll receive each other’s contact information for a follow-up conversation or date. No public call-outs, no pressure, no forced exchanges.

This event is for neurodiverse adults who choose to attend, want to participate, and are motivated to date.

Because of that, we ask that parents, caregivers, siblings, roommates, coworkers, and well-meaning matchmaker friends do not sign someone up as a surprise.

The experience works best when everyone in the room wants to be there, ready to play, connect, and meet new people.
