A gentle, restorative 30 minute Pilates flow designed specifically for menstruation.
Expect slower-paced movement, breath-led sequences, and exercises to ease tension in the lower back, pelvis, and hips.

We finish with time to chat and connect with others navigating the same experiences.

About Your Instructor
Riddhi Aggarwal (or Ria), founder of Studio Sollum, is a womenâs healthâfocused Pilates instructor. With over a decade of Pilates practice and extensive studio teaching across London, she blends evidence-based movement with a deep understanding of menstrual wellbeing. Drawing from her own experience with PMDD, Riddhi brings both expertise and empathy to help women feel informed, supported, and empowered in their bodies.
