About this Event
African American men are dying at a significantly higher rate than any other ethnic group in America. The African American Male Wellness Agency (AAMWA) is leading the charge to change that. Since 2004, what started as a grassroots walk to bring attention to these health disparities has grown into a national movement—now taking place in over 20 cities across the country.
We invite you to join us to pray for the men in our community over breakfast and fellowship.
Breakfast will include Shrimp & Grits (shrimp on the side for those with allergies), bacon, sweet potatoe biscuits, peach french toast casserole, and a fruit and yogurt bar prepared by Chef Gillian (Cultured Concepts Catering).
