Men's Group: You're Not Broken 18+

A Flagship Program of Coffee, Hip-Hop & Mental Health University

Men: You’re Not Broken is a four-week educational and wellness experience designed as part of CHHAMH University’s flagship “night school” learning model—where community, culture, and mental health education meet.

This weekly series creates a structured, supportive learning environment for men to develop emotional awareness, mental wellness skills, and healthy relationship practices in a judgment-free space.

Open to men ages 18 and older throughout the Chicago area, participants are encouraged to attend independently or alongside fathers, uncles, brothers, sons, and friends. All are welcome.

Each session functions as a guided learning experience, combining discussion, reflection, and real-life application focused on:

• Mental and emotional health
• Self-awareness and identity
• Communication and relationships
• Purpose and leadership
• Personal growth and resilience

This program is designed to meet men where they are—providing practical tools, supportive dialogue, and culturally grounded education that supports long-term wellness.

This is not therapy.
This is education, empowerment, and community.

• Dates: Every Thursday in March
• Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Format: Guided group learning and discussion
• Eligibility: Men ages 18+
