Men's Embodiment Yoga: Flow to Yin

Let go of inhibitions, connect with your body, and experience the freedom of practicing yoga without clothing in a safe and supportive community. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practictioner, this class is an invigorating all-levels practice.

Attendees must be 18+ years old.
