How might it feel to be in an environment where you could explore being more open, authentic and present? This circle is an opportunity for men to be together in an intentional space, with the possibility of learning, healing and growing.

What to expect:

The circle will open with a commitment to confidentiality, taking time to ground ourselves, and an individual check-in where we introduce ourselves, and share what’s alive for us right now.
There are no prescribed themes each week. The circle is an open place for exploration.
If a man's words resonate with another man, this may lead to a deeper connection. Different perspectives are also very welcome and may inspire a richer experience.
The circle aims to create a space for men to connect with themselves and others more deeply.

Agreement for the circle:

You contribute to the extent that you feel comfortable.
There's no unsolicited feedback or unowned judgements.
We treat each other with respect.
This isn't therapy, or a substitute for therapy.
All men, 25 years old and above, are welcome, regardless of religion, ethnicity, or sexuality.

This event is run on a pay what you can basis, to ensure it is accessible and open to all. To help cover the costs and ensure we can continue offering events like this, we kindly ask for a minimum contribution of £5. Your contribution goes a long way in making this event a success. If you're able to give more, it would be greatly appreciated but most importantly we hope you can join us and enjoy the event.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the event is due to begin to ensure a prompt start.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us through the Eventbrite platform with your order information.
No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations via the email provided during ticket purchase.

About The Hearth

The Hearth is a women's space in Queen's Park (North London) where women can find room for themselves to live, work and feel better. The community of diverse women enjoy full co-working facilities, wellness treatments, a relaxing evening lounge and thoughtfully curated events.
