Join My Menopause Companion’s first holistic retreat and get practical advice and support on how to make your menopausal years some of the most fulfilling of your life.
The afternoon retreat is designed for perimenopausal and menopausal individuals of any age, empowering you with the tools you need for a happier and healthier mid-life.

You’ll participate in interactive workshops by menopause experts, as well as exercise and relaxation sessions. You’ll have a chance to ask plenty of questions about this important time of life, and enjoy some nutritious and delicious snacks.
Everyone who joins will also receive a goodie bag containing relevant info and products.
What we will cover:
- Gynaecologist and Menopause Doctor Kate McCarthy will explain what happens in the body and mind during the menopause transition; and she'll then discuss the medical options available for menopause support.
- Award-winning Nutritional Therapist Lorraine Nicolle will explain game-changing nutrition interventions for optimising health in mid-life, especially bone health, digestion, urinary tract and vaginal health, mood and mental clarity.
- Nutritional Therapist Zannie Krogh will advise on how to support your emotional wellbeing during the menopause with lifestyle and nutrition.
- Fitness and Wellbeing coach Ellie Brown will give advice on how you can boost self-confidence, manage your weight and reduce symptoms of the menopause with physical activity. She’ll be getting us all moving in an accessible exercise session, so please wear comfortable clothes to the retreat.
We will finish the afternoon with a wonderfully relaxing mindfulness and breathing session with Ellie Brown.
