Info: Our keynote speaker, Dr Chito Nwana, is a healthcare leader and a strong advocate for women’s health. She is a Medical Director, CEO, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), with nearly two decades of experience in women’s healthcare.
She is also the Founder of Arabella Women’s Health & Wellness Center, a one-stop destination for comprehensive women’s health and wellbeing, offering expert medical care, fitness programmes, mental health support, and innovative nutritional guidance under one roof.
In her keynote, she will explore menopause and broader women’s health issues, with a focus on breaking the silence and empowering the future.

Info: Expert nutrition consultant, Chinenye Mgbojikwe, will explore the role of nutrition in managing common menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, weight gain, mood changes, and sleep disturbances. With guidance tailored to the Nigerian palate, she will also share practical ways to support bone health, heart health, cholesterol, and blood pressure across youth, perimenopause, and menopause. Registered Dietitian and Public Health Nutritionist with 5 years of experience across clinical care and community-based programs. She leads the dietetics team at Thrivhe by Jatado and has built her own private practice (Nutrition Space) managing common women's health conditions such as PCOS.

Stephanie Udoh is a physiotherapist dedicated to delivering evidence-based care for her patients. She has held several leadership roles, including leading corper physiotherapists during her NYSC programme and supervising intern physiotherapists.
Tochukwu Igwe has over four years of hands-on experience as a physiotherapist, with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She specialises in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Together, they will highlight the importance of physical activity for women through a fun and interactive movement session.
