
About this Event
For generations, the masters of martial arts have created movements to help with the ailments humans face. My family, with roots in both Chinese and Japanese traditions, has passed down this wisdom to me. Now, I'm honored to share it with women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Join me this Sunday, October 26, at 2 PM in Toronto for a special seminar where we'll use martial arts to build strength, learn self-defense, and find balance. We will also spend time in quiet meditation and BONUS 1/2 hour after seminar - open discussion about what we are experiencing, creating a supportive space to connect and share.
