• Preparing the body for menopause through lifestyle, nutrition, and self-care

• Tracking symptoms for better health outcomes
• Mind-body exercises, including breathwork, mindfulness, and affirmations
• Nutrition strategies and personalized meal planning
• Managing symptoms with targeted interventions

Menopause Coach & Peer Support

• Group exercises and one-on-one coaching for personalized support
• Networking, sharing stories, and building community connections
• Accessing wellness tools and resources

Ongoing Support

• Connection to online chat community
• Access to Menopause coach after workshop (free 30 minute coaching session)
