About this Event

About the Menopause Circle

Menopause is not just a biological transition, it’s a life stage that affects our health, confidence, work, and daily experience.
The Menopause Circle is a series of four small-group sessions designed to create a safe, supportive space for honest conversations and to better understand what women truly need during this time.

This initiative also aims to inform future work in women’s health, mental wellbeing, and workplace support.

💬 What to expect

Each session will include:

✨ Guided, informal discussion

✨ Evidence-based insights (clear, practical, no jargon)

✨ Space to share experiences or simply listen

✨ Reflection on what support actually helps in real life

🎯 Why this matters

Many women feel unsupported or unheard during menopause, especially when it comes to:

• Mental wellbeing

• Energy and daily functioning

• Confidence at work

• Access to relevant, trustworthy information

Through these sessions, we are exploring how to build better, more connected support systems, locally and beyond.

👭 Who is this for?

• Women in perimenopause or menopause

• Women preparing for this stage

• Anyone interested in women’s health and workplace wellbeing
