Menopause & Mental Health: A Practical Integrative IntensiveMenopause & Mental Health: A Practical Integrative Intensive
Medical insight, psychological tools, and practical strategies to help you navigate menopause with clarity, confidence, and support.
The menopausal transition is one of the most profound biological and psychological shifts in a person’s life, yet many navigate it without clear guidance, validation, or support.
This 4-hour, small-group, clinician-led intensive is designed to provide both evidence-informed medical insight and practical tools to help you understand what is happening in your brain and body, and how to support yourself through it with greater clarity and confidence.
Led by family physician and women’s health specialist Dr. Griselle Leon and therapist Diana Wamsteeker, RSW, this workshop integrates medical education with psychological and lifestyle perspectives.
Designed as a supportive, educational, and practical experience, we will explore the medical foundations of hormonal transitions alongside the emotional, psychological, and relational changes many individuals experience during perimenopause and menopause. Content is informational in nature and intended to support awareness, self-reflection, and informed decision-making in partnership with your own healthcare team.
The cost of the workshop is $475, reflecting a small-group, clinician-led experience comparable to approximately two individual therapy sessions, while offering four hours of guided education and discussion. A nourishing lunch is also included, creating space for rest, reflection, and meaningful connection.
The therapeutic component may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits (participants are encouraged to confirm with their individual plans).
