If you missed us the first time, or just want to do it again, we are back!!!! Menopausal Mermaids is a half-day immersive experience designed to support you through perimenopause and menopause using somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and community connection. Menopause is not the body breaking down. It is the body asking for a different conversation. This workshop is a body-based experience centered on that conversation.Together, we explore what is actually happening in the body during this transition and, more importantly, how to work with it. Through breathwork, gentle movement, neuro-fascial practices, guided meditation, nutrition, and cold water immersion, you will learn tools that help your body shift out of stress and back into regulation, resilience, and trust.
You will leave with:
• practical tools for calming the nervous system
• somatic practices to support fascia, circulation, and energy flow
• a deeper understanding of hormonal and neuro-body changes
• techniques to navigate hot flashes, sleep disruption, and emotional intensity
• a renewed sense of connection to your body and your inner rhythm
• the experience of meeting intensity with a toolbox of modalities
This second offering is a repeat of our original workshop and is absolutely open to returning participants. The majority of this experience is practice-based, and these modalities deepen each time you engage with them. Repetition is not redundancy here, it is integration. You are encouraged to come back and continue building your nervous system capacity and somatic awareness.

We begin promptly at 1:00 PM and doors will be locked at that time to protect the container. Please arrive early to settle in.

The final 30 minutes of our time together will take place at Jack Hyde Beach. We will gather for a short closing ritual and an optional community cold water immersion, known as the Menopausal Mermaid Dip. This portion is an invitation to integrate what you have practiced throughout the day, using your breath and awareness to meet sensation in real time, held in community.
