About this Event

Free session for Adults with Learning Disabilities and their carers or support workers in Ellington Park, Ramsgate funded by Mencap Our Active Community.

Participants will be able to chose activities from football, tennis, badminton, boxing, games and walking silent disco. Carers/support workers are welcome to join in or watch the activities. The participants will be able to choose which activities they would like to do and for how long they would like to do it for within the hour session.
