This is a beautiful opportunity to gather together in community and begin the year feeling grounded, restored, and connected.We begin with gentle movement to awaken the body and invite presence. From here, you'll be guided into a multi-instrumental sound bath interwoven with hands-on massage, light touch, and energy work - a deeply restorative experience that allows you to release tension, soften, and drift into spacious rest.
Throughout the session, sound will hold and guide you, carrying you deeper into yourself while we gently hold space - tending to your journey and softly bringing you back when it is time to close.
This session is the perfect way to begin your weekend, leaving you deeply rested, balanced, and restored for the days ahead - and ready for a nourishing night's sleep.
No experience is needed. This session is open to all.
Cushioned mats and eye pillows are provided.
Preparation
Please bring a warm blanket or sleeping bag, a cushion, and anything else you need to feel comfortable and warm while lying down. We kindly ask that you avoid eating up to two hours before the session, as this allows your body to settle into a fully rested state. If needed, please keep it light.
Numbers are intentionally limited to maintain an intimate and supportive atmosphere.
Your Hosts
Charlotte Ellis is a certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist, and energy worker. Her path has been shaped by profound experiences of loss and healing, leading her to integrate yoga, meditation, breathwork, and massage into her life and work. Through be blythe, Charlotte creates sacred spaces for healing and connection, honouring the memory of her daughter, Blythe.
Eleanor Yankah draws on a diverse background in Ayurveda, breathwork, sound, energy, and colour therapy, with training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, the Ayurveda Institute UK, Sound Healing Bali, and the world-leading Tama-Do Academy, founded by pioneer Fabien Maman.
Ticket Guidelines
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked (unless the event is cancelled by the host). If you can't attend, you are welcome to gift or resell your ticket directly to someone else - just let us know so we can update the guest list.
