Come join us at the Black Family Wellness Expo 2025 in Memphis! This event is all about promoting health and well-being within the Black community. You can expect a day full of informative workshops, engaging speakers, and interactive activities like the largest line dancing class. The entire day wil be focused on movement and family wellness. Whether you're interested in fitness, nutrition, mental health, or family bonding, we've got something for everyone. The kids will definitely enjoy our Memphis Grizzlies Kids Zone. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn how to prioritize your health and wellness. See you there!
The year we have partnered with the City of Memphis Health and Wellness Division to bring this amazing event to our community. The Black Family Health and Wellness Expo 2025 will be held on March 15, 2025 from 9 am - 2 pm at the Hickory Hill Community Center. This event is FREE to the public, but we request advanced registration to attend.
Our aim is to raise awareness and offer complimentary resources to the community. You'll have the opportunity to connect with community health and wellness partners, participate in engaging workshops, receive dental and medical information, gain valuable wellness insights, enjoy line dancing/fitness demonstrations and giveaways plus more. We encourage you to bring the whole family for a day of empowerment and education. The entire Black family is included, from infant to senior citizen. Our Health Matters!
