Memorial Day Murph & Community Open HouseJoin us for our annual Memorial Day tradition as we honor the fallen and push our limits together. This event is open to the public—whether you are an experienced athlete or completely new to fitness, there is a place for you here.
The Why: Honoring the 190th Air Refueling Wing
The "Murph" is more than just a workout; it is a Hero Workout dedicated to Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy and all those who have served. This year, we are proud to announce that all donations and proceeds from the event will go directly to the 190th Air Refueling Wing.
Event Entry & Donations
To participate in a workout heat, we ask for one of the following:
Direct Donation: $25
Event Shirt: Purchase a commemorative event shirt for $30
The Workout: "Murph"
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run (Performed with a 20/14 lb weighted vest if you have one!)
Scaling & Participation Options
Don't let the numbers intimidate you! We have options for every fitness level:
Partitioned: Break the reps up into smaller sets (e.g., 20 rounds of 5-10-15).
Half Murph: Cut the distance and reps in half.
Partner Murph: Tackle the reps with a friend! One person works while the other rests.
Scaled Movements: We can substitute pull-ups for ring rows and push-ups for elevated surfaces.
Class Times (Heats)
Registration is required. Each heat is strictly limited to 25 spots to ensure everyone has space and equipment.

Open House & Community Grill Out
Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Open House 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Even if you aren't working out, come hang out with the community!
Open House (12-2 PM): Tour the facility, meet our coaches, and learn more about our programs.
Grill Out (12-3 PM): We’ll be firing up the grill right after the final heat. Bring your appetite!
All fitness levels, friends, and family are welcome. Let’s sweat for a cause!
