Meltzer Woods Guided Hike Exploring Mature Trees
Join us for a fun and relaxed hike through Meltzer Woods! Discover the beauty of mature trees up close as your guide shares cool facts and stories about this amazing forest. Perfect for nature lovers and curious explorers alike. Don't forget your comfy shoes and a sense of adventure—let's get outside and enjoy the trees!
Our guide will be Kris Schwickrath, a former Latin & mindfulness teacher, and current landscaper for the parks. She is a founding member of BRANCH, a Master Gardener, and member of INPS.
Participants will meet in the parking lot. Please carpool when possible as the location has limited parking.
This guided hike is FREE and limited to Indiana Native Plant Society Members and their guests. Registration in Advance is required.
