Welcome to Melt’n’Breathe - a paired breathing meditation.
We dive into slowness, presence, and explore how breath can guide us into a more regulated, open, and receptive state.
We will pair up and practice to lean into another body, another's breath, and experience how that can support our own nervous system. We explore the art of co-regulation.
How the workshop unfolds:
We open in a circle, then land in our bodies through movement and gentle exercises and then we dive into the practice of Melt'n'Breathe.
Melt'n'Breathe is inspired by the practice of Belly2Belly. The practice is used across the world and is popular on the scene of conscious relating.
You can come as you are. You are also welcome to bring a friend, lover, or partner and do the workshop with them.

FACILITATOR
Louise Lund is a movement teacher and trained in holding trauma-sensitive spaces. She has six years of experience with teaching for all kinds of groups. She is an educated Path of Relating-facilitator (400h) and holds the Trauma2Trust training (60h). She has a passion for embodied practices, bodily explorations, and slow, curious meetings.
