We're bringing Grace Babbes and Blake Thiessen to Melbourne for a two-day dedicated Balboa camp - and honestly, we're pretty excited about it. This is not a social. This is not a drop-in class.
It's a weekend for dancers who love Balboa and want more of it.

Workshop 1: Intermediate: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Workshop 2: Intermediate+: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
2 Hours Guided Practice Session: 2:45 pm - 4:45 pm

Sunday 26 July
Workshop 1: Advanced (Strictly Limited): 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Workshop 2: Advanced+ (Strictly LImited): 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
2 Hours Guided Practice Session: 2:45 pm - 4:45 pm

The workshops are limited to preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience. We expect this event to sell out. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Melbourne Balboa Camp is commited to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
A few things we take seriously:
- Consent is everything. A dance is an invitation, not an entitlement. "No" is a complete sentence.
- Balboa is a close-embrace dance. That closeness is about connection, not permission. Check in with your partner.
- No unsolicited teaching on the dance floor. Save that for the teachers.
- Everyone has a right to feel safe. We will have a dedicated Safer Spaces Team on site throughout the weekend.
