I am so glad I was finally able to make it along to this class. I am so glad I did. It is one of the best, most dynamic, safe and supported Meisner rooms I have ever been in. Skye runs things with such warmth and generosity. It's wonderful to see and be a part of.

Skye’s practice focuses on two main goals: for her students to gain huge amounts of confidence and independence within Meisner’s work and crucially, to gain a full understanding of how and where you can apply it.In this Meisner & Text session Skye will be going through all of the core principles and beginning exercises that are focussed on in Contemporary Meisner. Whether you’re new to the technique entirely or fancy a refresh, this class will help you to feel confident and at home with the technique and find ways of applying it to text, so it can support you with your next audition or project. We will be working on a short contemporary duologue which will be sent to you upon booking this class for you to look at and prepare. Here you'll have a chance to experience what it's like to use this work in a real life acting context and leave the course feeling confident to apply the technique to any text you'll be faced with. There’s nothing else to prepare, wear something comfortable, bring your notepad and let’s get to work!
