About this Event
The VIP reception will take place from 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM, followed by the general Meet the Candidate Launch event continuing through 8:30 PM.
Join Cheryl Butler-Walker for this special VIP reception ahead of the public event and learn more about her vision for smarter, more responsible growth in Charles County.
This time is designed to be personal and conversational. While Cheryl will briefly share her perspective, the focus of the reception is on creating space for you to meet her, talk directly with her, and share your thoughts and priorities.
Cheryl is running to represent District 2 and is committed to ensuring that the voices, concerns, and priorities of its residents are heard and reflected, while working to strengthen communities across the entire county.
Following the VIP reception, guests are welcome to stay and continue into the full event, where Cheryl will engage with the broader community and share more about her vision, the challenges and opportunities facing Charles County, and how supporters can get involved.
At the heart of her approach is a belief that smarter growth starts with leadership that understands development from the ground up, putting infrastructure, neighborhoods, and homeowners first, and working to align those priorities with a strong and sustainable future.
