About this Event

Join Roz Manley and The Run Down With Roz Inc. for an intimate healing experience designed for women ready to release, reflect and reclaim their voice.
During this guided workshop, we will walk through selected passages from The Voice I Found and participate in powerful reflection and journaling exercises in a safe space built on vulnerability without judgement.
Mental Health Professionals will be present to provide support for anyone who may need additional care during the session. Light refreshments will be served.
