Meet the Buyer is THE event to meet face-to-face with the government contracting professionals and buyers interested in the products or services you sell. Join us for this opportunity to pitch your Texas Panhandle business to the participating government agencies - Amarillo ISD, Region 16/TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative, Pantex, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the NASA Johnson Space Center, and the Northwest Texas APEX Accelerator. The format will be much like speed dating, with 15-minute appointments.
Be prepared to submit your Capability Statement in the application to assist with placement with the agencies looking for business partners like you. A priority period has been set through April 30th for small businesses who submit their Capability Statements to sign up for appointment times. After May 5th, remaining meeting times will be available in open scheduling.
